Privacy Policy

Say Hi (sayhi.name) is operated by S31C LLC, doing business as United Effects Labs. This policy describes what we collect and why. The short version: we collect what the product needs to operate and bill subscriptions, we sell nothing, and we run no advertising trackers. The Service is in beta; capabilities and this policy may evolve, and material changes will be posted here.

What we collect

• Account information: your name and email, managed through our authentication provider
• Team data: team names, member emails and invitations, badge branding
• Connected-platform credentials: API keys you provide for platforms you connect, stored encrypted at rest, used only to perform the operations you invoke, and never displayed after entry
• Door activity: when a badge is printed we record who it was for (name, email if provided, the event, the printed badge count, and any badge lines the operator chose)
• Billing status: subscription state and billed quantities. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers

Your guests’ data

Guest names, contact details, and registration answers belong to your community and its guests. The Service reads them from the platform you connect and writes registrations at your direction; we process this data on your behalf to run your events and use it for nothing else. Door activity records can be deleted on request.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of service providers to operate the Service: authentication, payment processing, the event platform you choose to connect, and cloud infrastructure. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function and under its own security commitments. We share personal data with no one else, and we do not sell or rent any of it. We may disclose data if required by law.

Security and retention

Traffic is encrypted in transit; connected-platform credentials are additionally encrypted at rest. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and the Service is in beta; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep account, team, and door-activity data while your account is active. To delete your account, your team’s data, or specific records, email hello@uelabs.ai and we will act promptly.

Miscellany

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in; there are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We may update this policy, and material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Questions: hello@uelabs.ai.
