Instant lookup
Search your Luma calendar audience by name as guests arrive. A few letters is all it takes.
Walk-ins welcome
Someone new at the door? Add their name and email once. They’re subscribed, registered, and badged in seconds.
Badges that celebrate loyalty
Every badge shows how many of your events someone has joined. “8th event” starts conversations.
Reprints are free of drama
Jammed label? Smudged name? Find the person, print again. Nothing to undo, nothing double-counted.
How it works
Ten minutes of setup, then event night is three taps per guest.
Connect
Sign up, paste your Luma calendar’s API key, and set your community name and logo. Print a test badge to your printer or a PDF, before your first event even exists.

Set up the door
On event night, open the door screen on a laptop or iPad, pick tonight’s event, and print one test badge to confirm the printer is ready.
Tonight's event
Greet
Guest says their name; you type a few letters and tap Print. Not registered yet? One tap registers them. Brand new? Add name + email and their “1st event” badge prints.

One small printer. That's the whole rig.
We recommend the Brother QL-810Wc wireless label printer with 62mm continuous DK tape (the rolls in the box work out of the box). It's the setup this product is built and tested on.
- Wi-Fi + AirPrint: works with a Mac, iPad, or iPhone out of the box, no drivers
- Direct thermal: labels are the only consumable, no ink or toner ever
- 62mm continuous tape (DK-2205 or black/red DK-2251): each badge is cut to size, ready to peel and wear
- Brother DK rolls have no DRM; third-party compatible 62mm rolls work too
Any AirPrint-capable label printer with die-cut badge media can work. This is simply the one we run ourselves.
Beta pricing
